Ruksana Jannat Snikdha joined Premier School Dhaka in 2009, initially serving as Academic Coordinator. She was promoted as Principal in 2012 and transitioned to Chief Principal in 2025. Her work has been instrumental in managing campus growth, ensuring adherence to Cambridge standards and strengthening the trust of the community. She holds an MBA from the University of Dhaka with an excellent CGPA.
Her approach to institutional governance is reinforced by executive coursework from top institutions, including Leading People and The Art of Negotiation (Harvard Business School Online) and Managerial Communication from IBA, University of Dhaka.

Qualified from Chittagong University, Mishahim Ahmed started her career in academic sector in 2000. She developed her expertise in preschool and primary sections and worked at a number of reputed islamic schools in Dhaka and Chittagong.
She is the first Early Years Coordinator of Premier School Dhaka and from 2015 she has shouldered the responsibility of the Mirpur Branch of PSD as Section-in-Charge/Branch Principal.
Education acquired from abroad, this creative individual had an extensive career of 12 years at top Islamic schools.
She is an expert of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum and also specialist on National Literacy Strategy and National Numeracy Strategy of UK.
She is determined to advance Premier School Dhaka with her outstanding aptitude, paramount sincerity and immense experience both in academics and administration.

An accomplished educator, she has served in key roles including Assistant Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, and Mathematics Coordinator across reputed institutions. A graduate of the University of Dhaka, she holds B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Statistics, Biostatistics, and Informatics. She has also received professional training in child psychology from the Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of Dhaka, as well as from LifeSpring, along with international training from IB, Pearson UK, and the British Council.
